How to Zoom Out in Google Sheets
Getting Started

- This will zoom out and you will see the entire range of cells above and below the selected range.
- You can also use the following shortcuts:
- Ctrl + Shift + < (or Command + Shift + < on a Mac) to zoom out and fill the cell range with zeros.
- Ctrl + Shift + > (or Command + Shift + > on a Mac) to zoom out and fill the cell range with ones.
Large Cell Sizes
- To make your cell sizes larger, select the cell and then click on the Format Cells button in the Home tab.
- In the Format Cells dialog box, select Character > Large.
- Click OK to apply the changes.
Zooming Out of the Entire Spreadsheet
- To zoom out of the entire spreadsheet, select the cell or range of cells that you want to view and then press the Ctrl + Shift + > (or Command + Shift + > on a Mac) keys.
- This will zoom out and you will see the entire spreadsheet.
