How to Know IP Address of Computer
Understanding IP Addresses
Before we dive into how to find the IP address of a computer, let’s first understand what an IP address is. An IP address is a unique numerical label assigned to each device connected to a network, such as a computer, router, or modem. It’s used to identify and communicate with devices on a network.
What is an IP Address?
An IP address consists of four numbers, separated by dots, and is usually written in the format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
