Calculating the Total Gratuity Amount
To calculate the total gratuity amount, you can use the following formula:
Gratuity Amount = (Number of Nights x Service Charge per Night) + (Number of Nights x Service Charge for Specialty Dining) + (Number of Nights x Service Charge for Spa and Wellness)
For example, if you are on a 7-night Disney Cruise and the service charge is $20 per person per night, the total gratuity amount would be:
Gratuity Amount = (7 x $20 per night) + (7 x $20 per night for specialty dining) + (7 x $20 per night for spa and wellness)
Gratuity Amount = $140 + $140 + $140
Gratuity Amount = $420
