Incredible Iceland…Horses In The Snow

When we awoke to snow one morning and everyone wondered what to do, I suggested finding some horses and photographing them in the snow.  I love the isolating effect of a snowy day.  I set my ISO to AUTO ISO so that I could keep a fast enough shutter speed to stop any movement of the horses and myself and as the light increase slightly, my ISO decreased…

**Correction…I used a 20-120mm f4 VR and 80-400mm 3.5-5.6 VR in Iceland…NOT the 28-300mm as indicated on some of the previous posts.  Sorry, my bad!
