It’s Hot In So Texas…

And while the temperatures are in the ninety’s I’m not talking heat! It’s the bird photography that’s so hot! Of course, the temperatures are what drive the birds to the water where we are set up in blinds. I’ve got a great group of adventurers with me photographing at several ranches in So Texas and we are all filling card after card with the greatest variety of birds I have ever photographed in one location.

I have way too many images to show in one post but, here’s a good start of what we saw…

Harris Hawk

Black-throated Sparrow

Golden-fronted Woodpecker

Hooded Oriole

Wild Turkey

And the star of the show…

Crested Caracara

This is just a teaser of some of the birds we have trained our lenses upon. Stay tuned for more birds and a few other subjects!
