 Included in each safari (unless otherwise specified on the individual safari pages)
daily transportation to our shooting locations, expert guidance and instruction both in the field as well as during midday breaks.
- Airfare, lodging and meals are not included in the safari unless specifically stated on the individual safari page. Entry fees to State and National Parks are the responsibility of each individual.
- Upon receiving your deposit for a safari, I will email you a receipt along with a confirmation detailing final payment due dates and confirming your reservation.
- An informational email from all participants with contact numbers, address, a current list of photo equipment you own, your estimation of your skill level and expectations from the safari so I can come prepared to help you get the most out of your adventure.
- A follow up email will provide all the dates, lodging and transportation information, contact names and numbers so you can begin making your plans.
- Plan your arrival on the Sunday before the safari (most safaris run Mon – Fri unless otherwise noted) and your departure the Saturday after the safari ends. Specific details will be included in your individual safari packet based on our destination.
- Within ninety days a safari package will be sent out with instructions, recommended clothing, equipment and misc supplies appropriate to our destination.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the safari fee is due upon registration with the balance due 60 days prior to the safari. (Unless otherwise stated on the individual safari page).

Cancellations & Refunds
 I highly encourage participants to look into trip insurance in the event of any unexpected emergencies, weather or travel delays, etc. Insuremytrip.com is a website with a variety of trip coverages you can choose from based on your needs.
Cancellations made 60 days or more from the date of the safari can be applied to a future safari. Cancellations less than sixty days are subject to a loss of deposit at my discretion based on whether or not the spot fills.
No refunds will be given due for delays or cancellations due to weather. And additional costs incurred due to delays is the responsibility of the individual.
